Day 6

Hello 1S

 

I went to the subway station today. The trains went so fast and it looked like it would crash but it didn't crash. I liked it and my dad liked it too, it was really fun. Here is a picture of the subway zooming past.

The first subway in New York City was built in 1904.

I also went to the Metropolitan Museum of Art. The museum was built in 1880. It houses more than 2 million objects and had the largest collection of Egyptian art outside of Egypt.

I really liked the Egyptian artefacts. Here are some of the things that I saw.

This is Central Park. There were toy sail boats that people were sailing and there was a really fast toy boat as well. I went on a playground in the park. It had monkey bars which were really hard to go on because they were high and hard to reach.
